i kinda love comics, they are the best.
i love the way good cartoonists exist between the printed image and the written word. a sort of visual short hand that has more than the quaint epigramtic quality the more snide critics of altenative comics atribute it but a beautifully passionate and direct comunicae between cartoonist and viewer.
i have never felt closer to a piece of art than when i'm reading a comic.
